Order Processing

Customers will receive an order confirmation and receipt via email shortly after placing their order. Be sure that the email address you use when placing your order is valid, spelled correctly, and is able to accept emails from the boosily.co.uk domain.

If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please email usand we will forward the confirmation to you. Note: Some customers may need to check their Bulk Mail, Spam, or Junk Mail folders for order confirmations and correspondence from Boosily.

Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.

Boosily reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time by posting new terms and conditions on this website.

Timeline Delivery

- UK Orders = Up to 7 Working Days (i.e. Monday to Friday)

- Europe Orders = Up to 10 Working Days

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, an automatic email will be sent to advise that the order has been dispatched. 

NOTE:

  • Orders received after our the closing time on Friday (i.e. 5pm) and/or during weekend, the order processing timeline will start from Monday.
  • Orders received during company holiday closure (i.e. annual summer, Christmas, etc) may take up to 10 working days from the date that the company has resumed to its normal operation.

Mainland UK Orders

Orders up to £50.00 = £5.95

Orders £50.01 to £75.00 = £7.95

Orders above £75.01 = Free

Ship to Europe

Orders up to £50.00 = £9.95

Orders £50.01 to £125.00 = £16.95

Orders above £125.01 = Free

Non-EU orders

The delivery charge for countries outside of Eu is a fixed price of £22.95.

Payment Method

All prices include VAT.  The Payment Method is presented during Check Out for you to choose from.

All payments are taken in GB Pounds Sterling (£), please check your statement for the local currency equivalent.

HSBC Secure ePayments Online

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Euro Card, Solo, Delta, and Visa Electron. Please note all payments will be subject to a security check by HSBC. For additional security transactions are also processed by Verified by Visa and MasterCard® SecureCode™. Once you have Checked Out and clicked on "Pay", you will be transferrred to HSBC ePayments website to make payment.  We do not store your details on our website.

Paypal

Once you have choosen the Payment Method of PayPal, you will be transferred to PayPal website for making payments.

Order Cancellations

Customers located in the European Union are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period i.e. the right to cancel the contract of purchase. Notification of the cancellation must be received in writing within 7 working days; starting from the day after the goods are received.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.  We will only provide the refund once we have received the goods, therefore it is advisable to return the goods with a "proof of shipment" to us in case the parcel has not received by us. 

Order Returns & Change

Please review your order carefully before submitting and double check your email receipt for accuracy.  However, if you have ordered wrong item or want to exchange it for a different product, you can return the item within 28 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different product.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition and unused, which includes any packaging, otherwise we will not accept the Returns. All goods will be inspected on Return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods, unless we delivered them to you in error.

Returns Due to Damaged or Wrong Item Delivered

Where goods have been received damaged, a replacement application will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned to Boosily together with their original packaging within 14 calendar days of the receiving your order.  Boosily will not accept any returned goods should the customer not follow the return procedure as follows:

- Customer must email info@boosily.co.uk to notify their intention to return the goods. The damaged or faulty good must be returned to Boosily before the replacement can be issued.

- In cases where the rejection is due to wrong items has been sent, the Customer is entitled to a replacement once the goods are received by Boosily un-opened with tamper seal intact where applicable.

NOTE: For Order Cancellation, Change & Returns, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning along with the "proof of shipment" to us.

Un-Claimed Orders

In cases where a "notification of delivery" has been left by the carrier service and the customer has not picked up the parcel within the given due date indicated on the notification and the parcel has been returned to Boosily, or the Royal Mail could not deliver the parcel e.g. incorrect post code, we will not refund the cost of delivery unless the order has been cancelled via email prior to return to us.
